This song is the oldest one on the album. I used to use this site called submithub, and you basically pay people to listen to a few seconds of your music, hoping to get on a playlist or have a feature on a blog. I understand the need, but it also feels weird to me. I pay them to give me a chance, hence buying time. I grew tired of typing into little boxes on screens about what my song was about in a few characters, so I wrote this and figured I could just tell them this song was about them.

Looking back and thinking about the song now, it really felt like it belonged on this album, because it means much more than that to me now. It defines what I feel about any of you that are actually reading and listening to songs I make. I want you to like it.
